Hey,
I’m Dr.Jasmine Easley, welcome to my blog for all things wellness and motherhood!
I’m, a therapist, wife, and mom, navigating this beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) journey of motherhood, wellness, and intentional living.
A Little About Me…
For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to mental health and wellness, working as a licensed therapist. I own a private practice, The Wellness Social, where I provide virtual trauma-based therapy for women, teens, and families. I’m also the Founder & CEO of TheraPink for Girls Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to the mental well-being of middle school girls.
It’s safe to say—I wear many hats, but I genuinely love every piece of what I do.
From Detroit to Atlanta… and Back Again
I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and after undergrad, I packed my bags for Atlanta, where I ended up staying for 11 years (longer than planned!). But in 2024, I made my way back home, and I couldn’t be happier to be closer to family.
Speaking of family—I come from a big, loving crew, and now I’m blessed to be building my own. I’m married to my amazing husband, whom I met in high school, and together, we’re raising our beautiful two-year-old daughter.

Motherhood, Travel & Living with Intention
Becoming a mom has completely transformed the way I see the world. Some days, it’s all about celebrating the small wins, and other days, I’m just learning as I go. But through it all, I’ve realized the key to happiness is making space for the things that bring you joy, even in the midst of chaos.
For me, that means:
✈️ Traveling the world—especially immersing myself in new cultures. My last trip was to Australia, and I can’t wait to share more about it!
🏔️ Hiking and exploring nature—because movement is healing.
💆🏾♀️ Prioritizing self-care—whether it’s therapy, journaling, or a simple moment of quiet.
This blog is where I share all things wellness, motherhood, and lifestyle—from mindful self-care tips to travel hacks (yes, even for traveling with a toddler!). If you’ve ever felt like you’re juggling it all while trying to stay true to yourself, you’re not alone.
